Tourism India does it Again!

Tourism India has won the State Tourism Award 2005-06 in the category of Best Tourism Publication/Brochure for our publication Malabar Tourism Handbook. Malabar, covering seven districts in the State - Thrissur, Palakkad, Malappuram, Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kannur and Kasargode - is a relatively unexplored destination in Kerala which has much tourism potential with its rich culture, art and architecture, folklore, breathtaking nature splendour and delectable cuisine. Tourism India pioneered the 'Mystical Tourism' Handbook. We are glad to say that today Malabar is getting the attention it deserves from successive State Governments in the many efforts to showcase the best of the region.
